BDAC is seeking a Volunteer Program Coordinator through the AmeriCorps Thriving Utah program. This part-time position (approximately 14 hours per week) supports BDAC's mission to inspire and connect the community through the arts by building and managing a vibrant volunteer program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop volunteer roles, training, and management systems

• Create and maintain a volunteer database

• Recruit and engage community volunteers

• Build partnerships and foster community involvement

Position Details:

• Term: December 2024 – November 2025

• Hours: 675 total service hours (14 hours/week)

• Benefits: $9,280 living allowance (paid bi-weekly) and a $2,817 education award upon completion

Eligibility:

• Must be 18+, a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident

• High school diploma or GED required

• Background check required

• Must reside in Utah or be willing to relocate
