Exhibit Calendar 2010

June 18                           Submit Entries 12pm - 6pm at Bountiful/Davis Art Center
June 19                           Submit Entries 10am - 4pm at Bountiful/Davis Art Center
June 30                           Exhibit Opens: Reception 6pm - 9pm
June 30 – July 24          Exhibit Continues
July 26 & 27                    Retrieve Entries 10am - 5pm

Rules for Entries:

1. No more than one entry per artist.
2. Original work only, not having been exhibited previously at BDAC.
3. Entries must have been completed within the past 2 years (2008-2010)
4. Must be dry, suitably framed and ready for hanging or display. The backs of two-dimensional entries must have wires attached for hanging (no sawtooth hangers)
5. The Art Exhibit Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry.
6. It is suggested that plexiglass be used rather than glass, as the Art Center cannot assume liability for damage to artwork framed in glass.
7. A receipt will be issued for artwork submitted; this receipt must be shown to retrieve the same artwork.
8. Oversize pieces subject to approval.
