Bountiful Davis Art Center Class Policies
Registration fees are to be paid before the beginning of each class. A spot in a class is not guaranteed until full tuition and fees are paid. All classes have a minimum and maximum enrollment and Bountiful Davis Art Center reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet the minimum number of students required. Every effort is made to notify those registered of cancellations. Fees for classes canceled by the Art Center will be fully refunded. A class may be prorated if the student notifies the art center before the first class is held.
Classes can be prorated if the student notifies the art center at the time of registration or no later than the day before the first class begins.
Cancellation/Refund Terms for classes:
Classes cancelled by the art center 100% refund
Student cancels before first class 100% refund
Student cancels before second class 50% refund
Workshop tuitions will always be referred to as one amount. Each registrant should understand that any reference to a “deposit” simply means it is a part payment of the total tuition.
Payment of $100 of a major workshop tuition will be required at the time of registration. The deadline for payment of the tuition balance will be not later than 60 days before the first day of the workshop.
Workshop cancelled by art center 100% refund
A $50 cancellation charge will be assessed if a student cancels his/her registration more than 60 days before the first day of the workshop.
A $100 cancellation charge will be assessed if a student cancels his/her registration less than 60 days before the first day of the workshop.
